bangun awal pagi ni..around 6.15 am..can't sleep last nite..remembered my lovely sylvester cat..ohh g0d,i'm miss him!..uhuh..after solat,have a proper attire and here we go - to MFI!!..d0ing inspecti0n 0keh..urm =(
arrived at MFI around 8.15..took s0me breakfast and went to Non Destructive Testing Lab (NDT)..have some short briefing about NDE before devide into 4 group..Cik Lady group no 4 and we started with Ultrasonic Testing..as usual, i have no feeling - numb look and cold hearted..still remembered my sylvester cat at hostel..gosh!
Kelas ok..even ngantok time briefing..ngan lecturer yg tukang brief 2 skali ngantok..but paling best bila part kami bole handle sndiri our Ultrasonic Testing.berbekalkan 1 set Ultrasonic equipment berupa Ultrasonic Displayer,Transducers,cable,Weldment dan sebotol Couplant,kami ngan machonye menyetartkan diri untuk memulakan sesi testing tersebut..best plak mende alah ni..carenye nmpak senang aje..yela cume tuangkan couplant atas weldment and gerak2kan tranducer atas mende alah 2 sampailah wave displayed on the Ultrasonic displayer 2..tp yg sshnye sbb kite kite perhati betol2..tumpuan mate 100% pada screen-bak kate En UTman-UT ni kite kene creative n alert..sbb testing ni memerlukan kepakaran dan skill yg tinggi..tp kami ni cume blaja at least untuk tahu cara nak set system,amek bacaan thickness bahan,kesan internal defect dan tahu nak calibrate equipment nih - seyes conok giler2..!!
Esok sambung lg UT ni..tp esok kami kene wat sendiri plak..kirenye cam test la..huhu..mintak2 bole wat!!
Ckp psl len..Cik Lady dah xnak komplain dah pasal MITEC..sbb bile g jln2 kat tempat org cmnih..baru la tahu betapa bertuahnya kami menjadi warga MITEC..bilik kongsi 2 org je..loker bapak besor..bilik air cun..katil super single..meja study besar macm saiz katil..perghh..bersyukur la sgt2!!
sbb kat cini..1 bilik kongsi 6 org..katil double decker..meja study kecik giler..bilik air?? huh toksah cakap la..cukup2 stakat ada jew..bak kate asal ade yg basic jew laa..mmg lps ni dah xnk komplin pape dah pasal MITEC..sbb sapa yg jadi warga MITEC mmg BERTUAH dan PAMPERED!!
